There is an art to working with chocolate and Nicole from Heavenly Cacao has spent years perfecting it. However she wants your chocoolate journey to be smoother and faster than hers with less mistakes and wasted batches of chocolate so.... In this class she is going to give you all her tried and tested tips and tricks so you can make beautiful chocolates first time every time.

Principles of bean to bar chocolate making at home - see the equipment required and learn the theory behind bean to bar chocolate making
