A healthy body supports a healthy mind and this World Chocolate Day we are celebrating by learning how to make healthy & delicious chocolate and treats with Heavenly Cacao.
Tickets are $45 pp with $30 from every ticket sold going to our amazing charity, The Junction Clubhouse.
In this DEMONSTRATION STYLE class we are going to learn wholefood hacks to ditch harmful food additives and ingredients and Switch Up our Sweets with genuinely delicious, nutrition packed recipes that the whole family will love!
You will learn how to make Nicole's:
Unicorn chocolate bar (like a Bounty but way better)
Coconut confetti - a dairy, gluten, refined sugar and additive free alternative to cake sprinkles
Rainbow decorating chocolate using superfoods
Decadent dark chocolate that can be made quickly and easily in your own kitchen and MUCH MORE!
- Samples of all chocolates and recipes made on the day

The Junction Clubhouse is a Cairns based organisation providing a non-therapeutic setting where adults with a history of mental health issues give each other support as they work to rebuild their confidence, stamina, concentration, social and vocational skills.
Heavenly Cacao was born after owner Nicole Gibson had cancer in 2009 and could no longer eat highly processed, chemical laden foods. Unable to quit commercial chocolate, she set about learning how to make her own chocolates that were free from chemical additives and made with nourishing ingredients.
