Cherry Choc Chia Pudding

Chocolate Cherry Chia Pudding


125ml Coconut milk
30ml water
2tbs chia seeds
1.5tbs cacao powder
1.5tbs light agave or sweetener of your choice
4-5 frozen cherries


1. Place coconut milk, water, cacao powder and sweetener into a blender
2. Blend till combined well then pour into short glass tumbler
3. Add chia seeds to the mixture and stir well with a fork
4. Add cherries and set in fridge for 40-60mins or until the pudding is set

Tip: After the mixture has been in the fridge for 5mins, stir it vigorously with a fork to separate any chia seeds that may have clumped together. Repeat this at 25mins as well. This will ensure pudding sets evenly.
