100 grams Basic Dark Chocolate (see recipe)
15 grams freeze dried strawberries
5 grams coconut chips/dessicated coconut
2 crushed walnuts (optional)
1. Line a small tray with baking paper
2. Pour the chocolate onto the baking paper and spread to the desired thickness
3. Sprinkie toppings on as desired
4. Place into the fridge until the chocolate goes hard then chop or break into pieces
Experiment with different toppings.
Chocolate and wholefoods go so well together. I love chocolate barks because there are a million and one ways you can vary the toppings whether it's fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, seeds and... If you are going to have a little treat why not have one that tastes great and is nutritionally positive too!
