2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen avocado
2-4 fresh medjool dates
2 Tbs hazelnut butter
2 Tbs cacao powder
1/2 cup plant-based milk - we used Like Milk from Australia's Own.
1. Blend all your ingredients together
2. Serve in your favourite coconut bowl
3. Top with antioxidant berries and nuts or even spike with your favourite superfoods like matcha, freeze-dried dragonfruit or butterfly pea flowers
- This is also great as an ice-cream. Freeze in ice-cube trays then blend it up for a thick, creamy soft serve nice-cream
- Any nut butter works well. Hazelnut by Melrose Health is our favourite.
